• No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
• This is a rain or shine event. Please be prepared for all possible weather.
• No professional cameras/photos/videos.
• All sales are final.
• No refunds will be processed for unused tickets or for patrons who are denied entry due to not having valid identification for will-call pickup or admittance to an age-restricted event.
• No refunds will be issued if you are removed from the event for violating any laws (local, state, or federal), posted rules, or instructions of any agents of the venue or promoter.
• Events are subject to change in date, time, or scheduled performance at any time. In the case of an event cancellation, refunds will be provided via the method of paymentinitiallyy used. Convenience fees are non-refundable.
• Resale of any ticket purchased through this website at a price greater than the original ticket price is absolutely prohibited. We have the right to revoke or reclaim possession of any tickets from the buyer who violates such restrictions.
• Venue reserves the right to search/wand/pat down any attendees to keep all patrons and artists safe.
• Moshing, Crowd-Surfing, and similar activities are inherently dangerous. Participation in such activities is at your own risk.
• The promoter and Venue do not take any responsibility for personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
• Deschutes River Rock Fest and Carrwalk Events follow a ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at Deschutes River Rock Fest and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on. What is deemed objectionable will be at the sole discretion of event staff. Drug use will follow applicable state/local laws
